1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Eventix app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate information when registering
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must not use the app for unlawful purposes
- You must not attempt to resell tickets in violation of event rules

3. Ticket Usage Rules
- Tickets are personal and non-transferable unless the app provides a transfer feature
- Each ticket is valid for one entry to the specified event
- Lost or duplicated tickets are not the responsibility of FGS Entertainment beyond what is recoverable in the app
- Tickets must be presented digitally via the app at the event venue

4. Resale Limitations
- Unauthorized resale of tickets above face value is prohibited
- Resell listings created in the app must comply with event organiser pricing rules
- FGS Entertainment reserves the right to cancel listings that violate these rules

5. Account Suspension & Deletion
- We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms
- You may delete your account at any time via Account Settings → Delete Account
- Deleted accounts cannot be recovered

6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which FGS Entertainment operates.
